Meet the Owner
David Cumming brings a wealth of hands-on engineering expertise and leadership to his role as Managing Director of iPME. With a background as a self-driven Electrical Engineer, David has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across both low and high voltage (LV/HV) systems. His career has seen him successfully lead projects from initial concept through to detailed design, implementation, commissioning, and final handover – always with a focus on precision, safety, and performance.
Known for his professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning, David’s vision for iPME is rooted in technical excellence, transparency, and a deep dedication to client and community impact. Under his leadership, iPME is set to push boundaries and set new standards in project delivery across the UK.
