iPME were appointed by the National Trust for Scotland to carry out a detailed mechanical and electrical review of rooftop plant and building services at the Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre – one of Scotland’s most sensitive heritage sites.
The commission involved site surveys, review of existing documentation, and the preparation of a comprehensive technical report outlining key risks, performance issues, and recommendations. iPME’s assessment provided the Trust with a clear roadmap for future capital investment, covering plant replacement options, sustainability upgrades, and sequencing for potential refurbishment works.
The project showcased iPME’s expertise in delivering engineering solutions that respect the balance between technical performance, visitor experience, and conservation within heritage environments.
We’ve been working closely with iPME on a number of projects and the level of service that we receive is second to none. Not only do they go above and beyond for us, we feel that we’re in safe hands at all times.
Working with David and iPME on the Dewars Fitness Development project has been an exceptional experience. Their expertise and professionalism in managing the project were truly commendable.
