Changing Room Refurbishment
As part of the phased upgrade of the Dewars Centre, iPME were appointed to design and manage the refurbishment of the changing rooms, complementing the recently completed gym development.
Our role covered the full design and project management service, from assessing existing layouts and developing proposals to coordinating approvals, leading the design team, and overseeing delivery on time and within budget. The refurbishment introduced new shower cubicles, upgraded sanitaryware, modern changing provision, energy-efficient lighting, and durable finishes tailored for a busy public environment.
With a strong focus on accessibility, comfort, and customer experience, the project was delivered in a live environment with minimal disruption, showcasing iPME’s expertise in managing complex leisure refurbishments.
