iPME were appointed by The Scottish Football Associaton as Lead Designer to assess the removal and repurposing of a disused hydrotherapy facility at Hampden Park, Scotland’s national stadium.
Our team led a multidisciplinary survey and developed early-stage design proposals alongside a Stage 2 budget cost plan to support the client’s decision-making and internal approvals.
This project forms part of a wider asset optimisation strategy and highlights our ability to deliver coordinated, value-driven design insight in complex, live environments.
