iPME was appointed to carry out a full mechanical and electrical condition survey at the Golden Lion Hotel, one of Stirling’s most iconic hospitality venues.
Our team conducted a detailed visual inspection of all key building services – including heating, ventilation, water, lighting, fire safety, and electrical systems – covering guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
The final report gave the client a clear picture of the current condition and compliance status of their systems, highlighting any issues and offering practical recommendations for upgrades and future planning.
This survey supports the hotel’s long-term asset management strategy and helps ensure the building remains safe, efficient, and comfortable for staff and guests. With minimal disruption to hotel operations, iPME provided trusted, expert guidance for informed refurbishment decisions.
